An interesting ebook, with barely any pictures. The illustrator digitally colored the handful of images within the story, which is unlike the original book, which is printed in black and white. This is the story of how a cowardly cat, keeps his home because of the everything he was afraid of, mice! Though this is an excellent story on problem-solving, the pictures were lacking in the ebook edition. There could have been much more images to enhance the story further.

On the first endpage, we see a little red-haired girl who we later find out is named Mia, Mia is counting and jumping through puddles calling out to her sister. In typical little sister fashion, Mia follows her sister Lucy EVERYWHERE! Lucy feels as if her little sister is an annoying little monster and tells her to get lost. When her wish comes true, and real monsters want to keep Mia, Lucy gets monstrous too! With vivid colors spreading from each corner of the book, Fotheringham really showcases the love and nuisance of having a younger sibling. Through Rosenbaum's dialogue, the reader is shown how grateful they should be to having a younger sibling. Highly recommended for older siblings who need to be gently reminded that, it's not always so bad having a little sibling.
